Project Management Intern

Support active projects in-office and coordinate intern workflows in real-time so daily execution stays on track.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Comfortable tracking daily tasks, blockers, and milestone progress.
  • Able to work from the Tinkune office on a schedule that aligns with the team.
  • Candidates living near Tinkune, Kathmandu are preferred for easy commuting.

Software Developer Intern (3 Openings)

We are hiring three software developer interns to build practical MVPs on tight timelines with the in-office team.

Requirements

  • Minimum: first year of bachelor's completed, or up to 2 years of web development experience.
  • Comfortable with core web development fundamentals and shipping features quickly.
  • Basic Android development exposure is preferred.
  • Available for in-office collaboration in Tinkune, Kathmandu (daily after college/scheduled hours).
  • Candidates near Tinkune are preferred to make commute and coordination easier.

Compensation, Equity & Startup Goals

  • We are a startup, so compensation is milestone-based instead of a high fixed salary.
  • Travel costs and lunch are covered by the company.
  • Rs. 1,000 is paid for each completed milestone.
  • Each intern receives 3% equity in the project they work on.
  • Execution goal: deliver an MVP in 6 months and target an IPO in 2 to 2.5 years.

Office Assistant

Help keep the office fully ready for daily intern and team collaboration.

Requirements

  • Responsible for opening/closing office, desk setup, and workspace upkeep.
  • Reliable for in-person attendance at the Tinkune, Kathmandu office.
  • Candidates near the office are preferred due to occasional early opening/late closing needs.
